For discussion: Allow nearby wells to be selectable and visible on the Well Summary page's map

As a User/hydrogelogist I want to have nearby wells visible and selectible on the Well Summary page So That * I don't have to come back and forth or go to other tool like iMapBC to view everything at once.

Additional Context

• This comment was given by a hydrogeologist.
• SO doesn't feel confident to support this change with concerns: 1. Can we work around with other solutions? (Ticket 2255). 2. Would this require unnecessary work load for relatively small value?

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given that I am any type of user (public or signed in), When I open a Well Summary page , Then beside the well that is higlihted with the pin, I can also see the surrounding wells are loaded (just like the well search page) which are clickable for well summary.
