Add an option/checkbox to display the aquifer layer on the Well Search page's map

As a User I want to have the option to load aquifer layer to well map on the Well Search page So That if needed, I can check the aquifer during my well search and I don't have to go to other tools like iMapBC

Additional Context

• It would be nice to have this option added to the Well search page by adding a checkbox for displaying the aquifer layer. The checkbox should be set as unchecked to keep the map simple for the majority of users who are interested in the wells only.
• Accordingly, the legend should be updated (aquifer, cadastral), and the legend will show dynamically (only when the layer is viewable or zoomed to the extent)

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given that for all GWELLS users (public or signed in), When I load the Well Search page, Then I can see there is an option/checkbox available for aquifer layer and the default was set unchecked.
• [ ] Given that there is an option/checkbox to load the aquifer layer, When check the checkbox, Then the aquifer layer is loaded.
• [ ] Given that I am on the Well Search page, When zoom in/out the map, Then the legend shows only for the layers are visible.
