Open link in new tab when Well Tag Number in the well search result table is clicked

As a User I want the Well Summary page opened in a new tab when I click the Well Tag Number (WTN) link in the well search result table or in the well map on the Well Search Page So That I can keep the search page especially my search result table so that I can check other wells if needed

Additional Context

• Often, users customize a well search ( with specified search criteria, columns chosen, filtering/sorting, etc) and need to check some of the wells by looking at the Well Summary page. Currently, if I simply left click the WTN link listed in the search result table, the Well Summary page opens in the same tab and the customized search will be gone unless I right click the WTN to "open link in new tab".

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given I am on Well Search page, When zoom in the map to the area of interest and click the WTN link, Then the Well Summary page will open in a new tab.
• [ ] Given I am on Well Search page, When click the WTN on the well search result table, Then the Well Summary page will open in a new tab.
