Description

FORMS-2261: Add ClamAV (virus scanner) to CHEFS backend. Additional logic in frontend to handle responses.

This includes helm charts for deploying ClamAV to our namespaces and including the configuration per environment into our CICD for CHEFS. An instance is deployed in dev/test/prod namespaces.
