black hole persists in refmap_climatena

a while ago we identified a weird spatial anomaly in the climr refmap_climatena surface near prince george. it is still there, in all elements (tmin, tmax, ppt) and all months.

it is not there in a ClimateNA points query.

@kdaust i have labelled this is a v0.2 fix but let's discuss if we want to leave it as a known issue.
