TESTCASE

• add a resource to a dataset and omit a value for Resource Storage Location
• add the resource by pressing the 'Add' button at the bottom of the page.

EXPECTED

• The user interface would alert the user that they have omitted the mandatory field.
• The user interface would remain in the 'edit' state forcing the editor to have to set the field.

ACTUAL

• the user interface does not alert the user and saves the new resource with a missing value for the mandatory field.
