We shouldn't spend a lot of effort here, as it's unclear how many people use it.

Possible ideas:

• [ ] make use of min zoom attribute in GetCapabilities endpoint
• [ ] change to a better background provider tile
• [ ] Think about moving leaflet/leaflet.extras to Suggests
