Service Account sort order does not work

API Services Portal Issue

Low priority since the default sort is fine and will be adequate for most users

When first loading https://api.gov.bc.ca/manager/service-accounts, the default sort order appears to be newest to oldest and is as expected. .

Test Case

TESTCASE

• Have at least 3 service accounts
• Open https://api.gov.bc.ca/manager/service-accounts
• Sort by ID or Created On (or ascending or descending)

EXPECTED

• Service Accounts list shows items in order of chosen sort column

ACTUAL

• Items show in unexpected order e.g. sort by ID
