*As SIMS User I want to see accurate information that aligns with policy on FT Notice of Assessment So That *I can better understand what might happen to the funding and the rules around it.

Acceptance Criteria

Full-Time Notice of Assessment

• [ ] Replace the "Please note" section with the following text:

Please note that the funding you receive may differ from the eligible amount. Adjustments may occur due to overawards on your account, tuition remittance requested by your institution, or restrictions applied to your account following the initial assessment.

• [ ] Replace Full Time with "Full-time"

• [ ] "Including spouse/common-law partner, if applicable" should read "including spouse/common-law partner or parents, if applicable"

• [ ] Update MSFAA description to:

Before we can issue your Canada – BC integrated student financial assistance, you must first submit your master student financial assistance agreement (MSFAA) unless you have already submitted your MSFAA for a previous application. Please note that separate agreements are required for part-time and full-time applications. You will receive a "Welcome Email" from the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC). This email will contain a secure URL to register for an online NSLSC account, where you will complete and submit your MSFAA using the 10‑digit MSFAA number provided in this Notice of Assessment.
