BCSC First Name Behaviour

User Story As a student, if I create my profile with a BCSC in SIMS my First and Last Names and if my BCSC names change my name is updated in SIMS.

Current Behaviour The first and last names provided from BCSC are brought into SIMS and updated if necessary. If a student changes from a First and Last name to a mononym (last name only), the lack of first name is not updated from the BCSC information. This leaves a student who is going from "SMITH, JOHN" to "JOHN SMITH, " with a name in Keycloak/SIMS as "JOHN SMITH, JOHN".

Expected Behaviour

• [ ] If a student logs in going from first/last names to a mononym, clear any previous first name information to correctly bring their name into SIMS.
