ECE Funding Amount Layout

User story: As a SIMS team, we need to align the ECE request & response between new and legacy systems

Acceptance Criteria:

  • [ ] for the "disbursement value amount" on ECE request (CON) file, add decimals to field (two trailing 0s) (000112233 = $1,122.33)
    • [ ] field length remains the same (9)
  • [ ] for the "remittance amount" on ECE response (CONR) file, change the incoming field to include two decimal places (012345 = $123.45)
    • [ ] field length remains the same (6)
  • [ ] remove the round method from "value amount"
