As a student and ministry user i want the content to match change requests instead of edits or appeals behaviors. Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Update the edit pop up when completing a "new" change request.
• [ ] Change the pop up to this content

Change Request I acknowledge that by changing my application there may be changes to my financial aid assessment. I understand that this request will be reviewed by StudentAid BC and additional supporting information may need to be submitted by me, my parent, or my partner.
