Test/Dev Env: QA Tools (similar to SIMS Queues)

Describe the task Ministry portal: To create QA tools (on Dev and Test environment) to support testing so that it can be independent of a person so that we do not need to rely on a single person retaining the knowledge, make increases to their workload, or interrupt their workflow.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add a page (similar to SIMS Queues) only access to the Business Administration role (TBD)

• [ ] Add a section to INPUT disbursement information to generate CAS invoices, Disbursement report, FT e-cert assessment

• [ ] Add "add row" button (CAS invoices and Disbursement report need more than one row of student information)

  • [ ] Create a dropdown list for what needs to occur and add the following selections: (listed in order of importance/frequency of use) FT e-cert assessment CAS invoice batches Disbursement report

• [ ] Add "Submit" button to the table

  • [ ] If FT e-cert assessment selected: table will display the final information for the final award
  • [ ] If CAS batch selected: information is added automatically to the "Accounts payable invoicing" table

Remove TEST student data:

• [ ] Create a table to add the student information with a button to "CLEAR" the data (leaves student profile, CAS information, login access
• [ ] Confirmation message that the student account is "refreshed"

May never need CAS invoicing again:

• [ ] Legacy information: Add a section on the page to create SIMS Legacy student profile (a table) and add restrictions/codes
