Describe the task FT applications: Update error message content and handling for personal information tab questions: Are you, or were you ever considered a child or youth under government care, What is your citizenship status and Do you have eligible dependants?

Child or Youth under government care

• [ ] Update content "Youth in Care is an invalid value." to "Are you or were you every considered a child or youth under government care is required."
• [ ] Update error handling to highlight question in standard SIMS format

Citizenship status

• [ ] Update content "Citizen and Residency" to "What is your citizenship status is required"
• [ ] Update error handling to highlight question in standard SIMS format

Eligible dependants

• [ ] Update content "Dependant is required" to "Do you have any eligible dependants is required"
