As a student user, I want to have more information (content) in the MSFAA section to inform me that it will take awhile (a week?) for NSLSC to process my MSFAA so that I don't need to call SABC and find out when

Overview: MSFAA – SIMS is alerting students to sign their MSFAA with NSLSC immediately after the ecert has been sent to National, but it takes National several days to process the ecert. There is currently no way for us to see the date the ecert was sent to National, so it is not possible to advise students of a timeframe. Staff are telling students to “Wait a week” and if it still doesn’t work, to call SABC.

As a ministry user, I want to see when the eCert has been produced or sent to National so that I can assist the student who is a first time borrower and is having problems with their MSFAA.
