Interface Policy: Spouse/Partner
As a student's Partner/Spouse **I want to be able to identify that I am a receiving Disability Assistance under the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Regulations * So That *student can receive student financial assistance funding towards educational costs *
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] All following changes need to be applied to FT applications only, PY 25/26.
- [ ] Add the question to Partner/Spouse Application (for Both partner reporting previous income and Current Income scenarios) to the Partner Portal
- [ ] Add the question above the question: " Will you be at home caring for eligible dependant children on a full-time basis during your partner's entire study period "
"During the applicant's study period, will you receive B.C. income assistance for persons with disabilities under the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Act?"

- [ ] Add the question to Student Application for Student reporting on behalf of the Partner (for Both reporting previous income and Current Income scenarios):
"Will your partner receive B.C. income assistance for persons with disabilities under the Employment and Assistance for Persons with Disabilities Act during your study period?"

Additional Context
- If student and/or partner identifies that they receive more than $1500 under BCEA program, they are automatically approved for cost exemption. Handled via Camunda.

@CarlyCotton Hi Carly, just wanted to confirm with you if it is ok to store the input in studentDataIncomeAssistanceAmount. Not sure if this helps, but the same question and input exists on the student side and the input is stored under bcIncomeassistancefordisabilitiesCosts. Thank you.
