e2e tests for integration files format

User Story: As a team, we need to have e2e tests for integration files and their format so we can catch any regression.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] review existing e2e tests for integration files (if they exist and they are validating the files themselves)
• [ ] as a priority, try to ensure at least one e2e is associated with the integrations files
• [ ] increase coverage threshold to the most recent value
• [ ] create e2e tests for request and response format on the following (please go in this order):
  • [ ] sin check
  • [ ] cra check
  • [ ] msfaa request (PT and FT)
  • [ ] msfaa response (PT and FT)
  • [ ] ecert (PT and FT)
  • [ ] feedback (PT and FT)
  • [ ] federal restrictions
  • [ ] disbursement receipt file
  • [ ] monthly loan balance
  • [ ] sims to sfas bridge
  • [ ] sfas to sims bridge

Additional Context
Plan to timebox and do as many as we can during time allotted and create subsequent ticket for any remaining e2e tests.
