Cancelled applications to be removed from areas that require action (e.g. PIR, Exceptions)
As an institution user, I want cancelled applications to be removed from queues that require my actions so that I am not misled or trying to action items that cannot be actioned
As a ministry user, I want cancelled applications to be removed from queues that require my actions so that I am not misled or trying to do actions that cannot be actioned
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Remove from Program Information Record Active Applications queue
- [ ] Remove from Ministry exceptions queue
- [ ] REVIEW OTHER AREAS FOR IMPACT
Additional context PIR Active Applications: Currently, the institution user does not know that the application is cancelled, they can do the steps to add them to an offering and they get a confirmation message "Program Information Request completed successfully" is displayed. The cancelled application is shown as completed in the PIR Active applications queue.
Student Requests Exceptions: Currently, the ministry user will see the student in the Student requests Exceptions queue. They can select the "View" button. The exception is listed in the Unapproved changes table with a "View request" link and "Pending" status. They can approve the exception and they get a confirmation message "Application exception status is now Approved". In the completed changes table , the application will immediately show the application is cancelled and there is a view exception link.
Note: The ministry user can select application status and note that the application is cancelled, or search for the student to see that the application is also cancelled
Volume on ft will be to high to manage. Must have this pre full time or mad.
Josh to test and make sure of whats actually happening and then rework.
@Joshua-Lakusta this was experienced by an institution user. Two apps by student both for PIR, one app cancelled by student and both still in the PIR queue.
@astridSABC When capacity permits can you test creating an app, going to a list, and then canceling the app to see if it is deleted from the list. Do this for exception, coe, change request, Pir, and anything else you can think of.
