Institution: Daily notification of pending actions to Institution

User Story As an institution user at a school that has a lower volume of students, I may not need to be in SIMS every day. To prevent disruption for students, a daily email with a summary of pending items will help.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add new notification template to institutions [[NEED TO DECIDE WHO AT INST GETS THIS]]
• [ ] PIR pendings, COE that can be actioned, designation status (approved/expiry date)?
