GC Notify: Add application number to all or specific emails to students

Describe the task As a student user, I want to have the student application number included in emails received by StudentAID BC (via GC Notify) so that when I login I can quickly select the application and deal with items that need immediate attention.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add application numbers to GC Notify notifications to the student (TBD: Need to review which ones)

Business context

• Currently the student may have various applications in their "My applications" section and they won't know which application link to select.
