Full time partner estimated income form update

As a student I want the partner current year self declared income path to have all of the self declare questions included for the FT

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add all the additional questions
• [ ] REVIEW CONTENT on questions for both????

Additional Context during creation of the baseline function we did not include the full time questions in the new current year income path.
