Ministry Applications Side Menu - Highlight active page

User Story As a ministry user, I want to know which page I'm current viewing as part of a student's application. This can be highlighting the links on the side nav like is done for the BC Public Institutions.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Highlight the link in the side nav based on the current active page: image.png
