Ministry Reports - Disbursements Without Supplier (CAS)

User Story As a ministry user, I need to prioritize getting a supplier and site number for students who are receiving provincial disbursements that require a T4A. A report that I can pull at any time can support this work.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Create a ministry report "Disbursements Without Supplier" accessible by only business-administrators (for now, this may need to be updated pending review of the current roles)
• [ ] Each record on the report should reflect a student profile that has a CAS isValid=False (or No Supplier or Site number) and has had a disbursement within the timeframe.
• [ ] The award total fields should represent the sum total of award amounts within the timeframe.
• [ ] Report values don't need to be translated unless specified.
• [ ] Data fields to include:
  • [ ] Given Name
  • [ ] Last Name
  • [ ] SIN
  • [ ] Profile Type
  • [ ] Address Line 1
  • [ ] City
  • [ ] Province
  • [ ] Country
  • [ ] Postal Code
  • [ ] Disability Status: Profile

  • [ ] BGPD: FT Only
