Content: Articulate Naming Convention of Institution Location Names

User Story As an Institution User, I want to be provided with explicit instruction about how to name each of my locations, so that I can name them in such a way that is helpful for students finding my institution location on their application.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Revise tooltip OR introduce an accordion which specifies how a location should be named. Text should read:

"Please input the name of your institution, AND the name of your specific campus in the location name field. For example, University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus should be named "UBC - Okanagan". Students select from a list of institution locations during their application, not from a list of institutions"
