Student: Application actions to be part of the main menu or list them on the side of the page

User story As a student, I want to easily access edit, cancel or view an application options so that I can make any changes or view what is happening with my application.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add "Application actions" as a menu item

OR

• [ ] Add "Application actions" at the side of the page with the list of things that can be done with the application.

• Edit application

• View application

• Cancel application
