Student: Application already in progress popup to have a link to the draft or link on the main intro student page

User Story As a student, I want to have the ability to click a link to forward me to the drafts page or have the links on the main page, so that I can quickly get to my drafts.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add link on the "Application already in progress' popup to the My Applications draft section

OR

• [ ] Add an alternative solution for the student to know immediately that they have existing applications to be reviewed.
