Content: Update partner language on application questions
As a student I want my partner to be referred to as my spouse/common-law partner on application questions
Acceptance Criteria
Partner Information page of student application:
- [ ] Revise: "Is your partner eligible for a BC Services Card account?" to " Is your spouse/common-law partner eligible for a BC Services Card account?"
Change request: Partner information and income
- [x] Revise: "On my first day of class...." to "What is your marital status?"
- [x] Revise radio buttons to the following order: Single Married/common-law Separated/divorced/widowed
- [x] Revise tooltip next to "What is your marital status". Text should read: "Marital status is defined below. Please read the definitions carefully.
Single: If you are not married or in a common-law relationship Married: If you are married as of the first day of classes Common-Law: You and your partner are considered to be common-law if you meet both of the following:
- you are currently living together in a marriage-like relationship; and
- you will have been living together for at least 12 consecutive months before the first day of classes. Separated/Divorced/Widowed: If you are separated, divorced or widowed before the first day of classes." Note: The spacing of the text above is single space.
