Content: Institution: Form to be updated to include course load and year of study

User story As an institution user, I want to see what the course load and year of study is for a student on the Confirm enrolment>View Financial Aid Application so that I can immediately find out if the student is in the correct program.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add "Course load" with the percent number or credit hours to the Confirm enrolment>View Financial Aid Application page
  • How do we handle displaying FT course load?
  • Do we need to specify hours / credits, or just course load percentage?
• [ ] Add "Year of study" to the Confirm enrolment>View Financial Aid Application page

• [ ] Add "Course load" column title with percent/hours on the Study period offering page. Note: Location of new column YTBD

Additional context The institution, unless they have two screens open, cannot identify what the course load is for a program or year of study.
