Student: Create Your Profile page: Add preferred name, secondary email address and secondary phone number content and fields

User story As a student user, I want to be able to add my preferred name and have a secondary contact so that SABC has my preferences and other ways to contact me.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Add "Alternate/preferred name" field name and text box. Max field characters (50 TBD)
• [ ] [MAYBE] Add "Secondary email address" field name and text box. Max field characters (50 TBD)
• [ ] [MAYBE] Add "Secondary phone number" field name and text box. Max field characters (50 TBD)

Business Context Students may have alternate name / preferred name different from what is included officially in their Identity card / Account Profile.

Discuss other alternate contact info that needs to be added.
