Correct the Data Displayed about Students to Ministry

Which information student information to Institution Users need to see?

1. Both (profile and application data)
2. Only Application data
3. Only Student Profile data

Michelle: My instinct is both but tell me why not? Carly: They need to see the student data at the time of submission on the application, but they would also be able to see the current student profile data.
