User Story As a ministry user, I need the files sent to NSLSC to reflect all the data we have on file accurately and for the files received to be read in accurately.

• [ ] FT Feedback File: PD/PPD flag is not being included in the file being received. Please confirm the layout we are using is accurate:

FOS & Year of Study -- we need to add additional verification to make sure year of study aligns with field of study code Currently rejecting at ecert time with no SIMS system catching it

make sure we expect SFAS/SIMS mixed records on all received files.
