PD/PPD Student reminder email 8 weeks before end date.
As a student I want to receive a notification 8 weeks before my study end date to remind me to change my PD/PPD question answer to receive base funding if I selected yes but am the account status equals no. So That *I will not hit the 6 week deadline and be ineligible for any funding.
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Create email notification to student advising that they have not received their funds due to answering yes to disability question but not having approved account status 8 weeks before offering end date.
Business Context
- Current state SFAS automatically changes the application and distributes base funding. However, does not have the flexibility of sims so this is a better path for us.

I'm proposing moving this to 3X because #2536 sends 3 distinct email notifications to a student indicating their funding is being withdheld, and #2798 provides a message on their status tracker indicating disability verification may be the reason their funding is being withheld.
This ticket is a 'last chance' reminder, which I think is useful but not critical given the other warnings in place.
Thoughts?
@HRAGANBC I think this was based on feedback from product review and I'm generally in support for more notification than less for PD/PPD students to guide them through the process. I don't think it's 2.0 critical, but would want to keep it close at 2x. Curious to hear from Josh.
@Joshua-Lakusta in the technical details we changed the below AC to ensure that the email will be sent once per assessment. If not it will not notify the student for reassessments. This should be sent once per application.

@Joshua-Lakusta we need to ensure the application in undesired statuses would potentially be generating notifications. Should we consider only applications is Assessment status? Does it seem, right?
