Email for Former youth in care question
As a Student I want To receive an email when I answer yes or prefer not to answer to the former youth and care question on the application So That I can be aware of additional programs that will provide me other funding outside of the main application
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] For 25/26 program year application
- [ ] Subject line of email "Former youth in care information"
- [ ] Generate an e-mail to a student when the application is calculated, calculated after an edit, or when a change request is completed that changes the answer to Yes or Prefer not to answer for the former youth in care question (PT)
- [ ] Generate an e-mail to a student when the application is calculated, calculated after an edit, or when a change request is completed that changes the answer to Yes for the former youth in care question (FT)**
- [ ] If this email has been sent for this application number previously do not resend the email again
- [ ] In general anything except for "no" for this question should generate the email
- [ ] It is acceptable for this notification to be completed during the workflow process for calculation

Additional Context
- The Prefer Not to Answer option is only available on the PT application. The email response should be triggered by a "Yes" response in FT and PT, but will only be triggered when "Prefer not to answer" is indicated on PT.
- Please note that current change requests do not contain this question
Business Context
- Question already triggers a banner in the application but SABC would also like an email going out in the same circumstances that the banner appears.

Moving back to grooming to re-review/add release and get points assigned.
@Joshua-Lakusta need to review the ACs on this, questions have possibly shifted on the applications since this was done.
