Create a 'Global' Assessment Screen

Description of Task: Add a new tab within the Ministry account when reviewing student assessment/award summaries which captures an exhaustive set of assessment calculations to enable Student Support to quickly identify information needed to answer student queries.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Create global assessment tab to include the following information
• [ ] A distinct assessment for each applicaton 'edit' which was overwritten
• [ ] All Program Year maximum amounts for each funding type, and the student's amout received to date within that PY for that funding type
• [ ] All interim assessment calculations as reflected in Change Request #5 (intermediary stages captured within Camunda)
