Invalid SIN **000 000 000** not giving appropriate error message

Describe the Bug Invalid SIN 000 000 000 does not give the appropriate error message

Expected Behaviour When the student fills the form to create the profile for the first time, on entering 000 000 000 in the text field for the SIN, the Invalid Social Insurance Number error should be displayed below the text input along with Red Border around the text input. Example:

Actual Behaviour No error is being shown when the user tabs out of the SIN text input after entering 000 000 000 and instead when the student user tries to submit the form after filling the entire profile information, the error shown in the image below shows up and the non-editable information of the form goes missing:

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Login as a new Student user (who has never created his profile).
  2. Fill in all the required information for the student.
  3. In the Social insurance number (SIN)* field, enter 000 000 000
  4. Click on the Create Profile button.
