.jar filename has a different version after build

I was building org.bouncycastle:bcprov-jdk15on:1.70 package.

JAVA_VERSION : 11.0.20
GRADLE_VERSION: 6.9 BUILD_CMD: gradle :prov:build -x test -x javadoc

The expected .jar filename should be : bcprov-jdk15on-1.70.jar

But it is building with this filename : bcprov-jdk18on-1.70.jar

No idea on this one, although we did phase out jdk15on and replace it with jdk15to18 with 1,71. If you're using Java 11 you should be using the jdk18on versions in any case (18 in this case stands for 1.8, okay, very old school now, but that's the way it was...)
