Hi, im trying to decrypt RSA/ECB/OAEPWITHSHA-256ANDMGF1PADDING message in .net framework 4.8, however it seems cant be decrypted and im getting error message "data wrong". I'm able to decrypt RSA/ECB/OAEPWITHSHA-1ANDMGF1PADDING message without any issue. Is this a microsoft bug?
