Unable to specify additional query string parameters

First off thank you for working on this - it is saving me a ton of time refactoring our existing app for v3.

In v2 one was able to submit additional query string parameters that would be returned in the result set. Essentially what I am looking to do is retrieve the first_name, last_name and email values for the user that completed the survey. In your wrapper I am only seeing the ability to filter by these values in the GetResponseListSettings object.

Am I missing something or does the wrapper not currently have this functionality?
