Angular 2 Upgrade

Hmm, ok. I'll try my hand at it, maybe I can come up with a stable PR

EDIT - sorry, I think it is gonna be another repo for Angular2 adaptation of this component. Do you want to initialize one @bcabanes?

@bcabanes Hello, There is still no any decent cropper for new Angular versions. Is there any chance for your plugin to be updated?
