Looks like 22 is the current LTS. I would suggest we target that.

Might want to hold off on this until you get the docker build in a good spot.

The docker build is in a pretty good spot now. The only annoyance is that it publishes on @bbyars dockerhub account. We should not wait for moving to Docker Official Image. Just go ahead.
