Sorry, I haven't tracked down what causes this. Deleting shortcuts.vdf should fix it, but you will lose all your existing shortcuts.

Is there no other way to troubleshoot? I spent a few days setting up my non-steam games in PN.

This is a bug and I'll try to fix it later. That was just a possible work around.

I did delete and reran. When I run again I get the error.
