"Tabulator character in sequence title" warning

Hi,

I have received the warning message "Tabulator character in sequence title" when running Diamond. The command seems to be running OK after this, but I'm generally not a fan of ignoring warning messages.

Could you advise as to whether having tab characters in the sequence names is likely to affect the function of Diamond?

It doesn't affect the function, you just need to be aware that they will be escaped as \t in the output.
