Alignment to multiple databases

I created 3 separate custom diamond databases for the sake of simplicity with small overlap in the sequences between them. I have a query I want to check against all 3. Besides making a diamond databses that is the combination of all 3, is there a single method to call one query and align it against multiple specified database files?
