when i use diamond to align NR database with -f6, the second column is "BL_ORD_ID" instead of "accesion ID"?

The problem was resolved by run cmd 'makedb' again,but i also deal it by set the prameter 'sstitle',this is a strange bug.

Are you using a BLAST database? If so, you need run run makeblastdb with the -parse_seqids option.
