Split output into multiple files

Hello, I am just wondering if it would be possible to add an option to split the single output file into X amount of out files. It would need to be aware of the query sequence names such that a given query sequence name can only exist in 1 of the split output files and not split into multiple files.

It's possible, I'll see what I can do but I probably won't have time in the near future. I would recommend to split the query file into chunks and align them separately.
