`qsep_gapped` and `sseq_gapped` missing in documentation

Please add qsep_gapped and sseq_gapped to the documentation including the different behavior of qseq and sseq in comaprison to BLAST outfmt 6.

qseq: "Aligned part of query sequence without gaps. To get the corresponding output from BLAST with gaps use 'qsep_gapped' instead*" qseq_gapped: "Aligned part of query sequence with gaps, corresponding to 'qseq' from BLAST*"
