Uploaded Art not being set properly in Plex install
I've been using your tool for several month on my Plex install with no issues for months until just about a week ago. I was uploading several different shows title cards from Mediux. While the gui and the command line both say "Uploaded art for TV X" the art actually uploaded is a black or empty image. I've attached an image to show what I mean. I don't know of any changes in my setup that could cause this
I am experiencing the exact same behavior as you are with it zeroing out all of my images. If you look within the poster list, it appears as if it's adding blank / empty entries.
This is likely caused by some changes made by me ahead of API release, with regards to limiting scraping - I suspected some ok traffic would be caught in the crossfire. I've been happy for scrapers to work but needed to make the change out of neccessity with the upcoming change to infrastructure (and associate cost), over 100 thousand automated image requests have been blocked in about 2days. Unfortunately, there's no sure fire way for me to filter out good behaviour scraping traffic vs bad and abusive ones, at least not a reliable one I've discovered.
@bbrown430 happy to work with you to try and restore interim functionality in this period where API is not fully available.

I'm assuming that this is still open (I fully understand why MediUX is limiting scraping) as I tried this Saturday and it still failed.
Hi all, sorry for the silence on my end, haven't had much time lately to spend on this project. It might be the best course of action to hold out until the public MediUX API is available, and integrate with that. @koltomau thanks for commenting on this, any idea on the timeline for the API release?

Hey mate. 100% this month. I don't want to go anymore specific than that as I've had barely any time to wrap things up these past few weeks.
Happy to get you going with the api for dev stuff whenever though, backends all there it's frontend delaying the release. (Though data for testing is about 4 weeks stale)
Discord server is best place to work through it. We've got a few public projects out there with api integration so happy to discuss in the open.

@koltomau Any progress or timeline on this? I tried switching over to Aura, but that's pointing at cached testing version of mediux that is woefully out of date with the main site's content. So neither of the two available method of setting posters automatically work currently.
