This plugin slows down Homebridge.

For a few days now I've been getting this message in the Homebridge's log. Is there a way to fix that

Yes. It is gone now for me with

Node.js v14.16.0 Npm v6.14.11 Homebridge v1.3.4 homebridge-soundtouch-platform v1.4.1

And running soundtouch in a child bridge.

I am not sure which part did the trick....

do you have multiple speakers? I don't seem to be able to make it work, the bridge shows in the Home app but no speakers
