Shutting down persona.org in November 2016

It appears as Persona will be shutting down on Nov. 30th, 2016 [1].. Code Firefox should implement an alternative login solution as it's currently using Persona and doesn't have any other alternatives (unless Code Firefox is self hosting it's own Persona server).

Maybe change it to GitHubs?

I just need a banner that says this site contains outdated info and is no longer being maintained :) Thanks for the report though, I noticed that too.
