Include translations in scummvm

Would be nice to have these! Unless there's some major issue I'm not aware of. Can put in a pull request later. Did a quick test with the translations.dat from the latest scummvm master and seemed to be working well

Do you know if translations.dat are specific to ScummVM versions? (like themes)
